We are a team of 34 data scientists, engineers and designers helping Bangladeshi organisations turn data into decisions and repetitive work into automated workflows.
CyberCore Sync began as a weekend project between three engineers who were tired of watching Bangladeshi businesses buy expensive foreign software that never understood local language, local data or local realities. Our first model read handwritten delivery slips for a courier company in Tejgaon. It was imperfect — but it saved their dispatch team four hours a day, and it convinced us that practical AI could change how work is done here.
Today we are a full studio of data scientists, ML engineers, full-stack developers, product designers and cloud specialists working out of Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka. We partner with banks, garment exporters, hospitals, retailers, logistics providers, universities and fast-growing startups to design systems that fit their workflows instead of forcing new ones.
We are proudly Bangladeshi and globally minded. Our engineers contribute to open-source Bangla language tools, mentor students at local universities, and follow international standards for security and responsible AI so that our clients can compete anywhere in the world.
To make artificial intelligence practical, affordable and trustworthy for every ambitious organisation in Bangladesh — from a 20-person startup to a 20,000-worker factory.
A Bangladesh where intelligent software removes repetitive work, opens new export markets and lets talented people focus on creativity, care and customers.
Honest advice, even when the answer is “you don’t need AI for this”. Measurable outcomes, clear ownership of your data, and a team that answers the phone.
Every milestone came from a real client problem. We grow by solving harder problems, not by chasing hype cycles.
Our founders build a handwriting-recognition tool for a Tejgaon courier, processing 3,000 delivery slips a day.
The studio is formally launched in Mirpur DOHS with six people and two anchor clients in fintech and retail.
We open an internal lab dedicated to Bangla speech, OCR and conversational AI, and release our first open datasets.
Defect-detection and safety-monitoring systems go live on garment and packaging production lines in Gazipur and Narayanganj.
34 specialists, 86+ AI projects delivered, and a new responsible-AI review board that signs off every model before launch.
Founder & CEO
Former lead ML engineer in Singapore fintech. Sets strategy and personally reviews every discovery roadmap.
Chief Technology Officer
Architect of our MLOps platform. Specialises in scalable data pipelines and secure cloud deployments.
Head of AI Research
PhD in natural language processing. Leads the Bangla language lab and our responsible-AI review board.
Design & Product Lead
Turns complex models into interfaces that frontline staff actually enjoy using, in Bangla and English.
AI that customers do not trust is worthless. These five commitments are written into every CyberCore Sync statement of work and reviewed by our responsible-AI board each quarter.
High-stakes decisions — credit, medical triage, hiring — always keep a trained person in control. Our systems recommend; your people decide.
We test models across gender, region, language and income segments before launch, and document known limitations in plain Bangla and English.
Personal data is minimised, encrypted in transit and at rest, and processed only in locations you approve, including in-country hosting in Bangladesh.
Every production model ships with a short model card explaining what it does, what data it learned from and how to challenge its output.
We right-size models and prefer efficient architectures, which lowers both your cloud bill in taka and your carbon footprint.
